• Enquiry details you give us.When you send an enquiry or finance interest through the site, we collect your name, contact details and the message or vehicle you're interested in, so we can respond.
• Anonymous usage data.If you allow analytics, we record anonymised pageviews and errors. We do not set advertising cookies and do not build a personal profile — visits are recorded against a daily-rotating, irreversible identifier that can't be traced back to you, and raw records are deleted on a rolling basis.
• Finance application data. If you allow the finance calculator and apply through it, your application is handled by our third-party finance partner under their own privacy policy.

• To answer your enquiries and arrange sales, viewings and part-exchanges — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running the dealership.
• To improve the website through anonymous analytics — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To process finance applications you choose to make — only with your consent to load the third-party calculator.

We ask for your consent before switching on anything optional, and we honour your choice — if you reject optional cookies, you won't be tracked and any feature that relies on those cookies is turned off for you. Our Cookie Policy sets out each cookie and exactly what you miss if you decline.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our third-party finance partner (autofinanceonline.co.uk) — and only as needed to provide the service you asked for, or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Anonymous analytics records are deleted on a rolling basis. We don't keep personal data longer than necessary.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
